Yesterday Ben and I went up the Snow Farm and Ben gave me a lesson on ski touring. The touring bit went well but my skiing not so well. It was the first time this season on ski's and the first time I have ever skied on umgroomed snow. Interesting. My snow plowing was fantastic!!

So we survived turning 30! There was no big celebration, but we both had great days! We are now looking forward to a whole bunch of friends and family coming over in the beginning of August. We are frantically trying to save for Canada. Ben is having a phone interview next week with Big White. Can't believe how fast its all happening!

So do you guys already have your tickets? Do you have an idea of when you are coming over?
Hey, no we haven't bought our tickets yet. We are waiting for Ben to get a job confirmation and start date. He had a phone interview for Big white today which went well. They just have to check his reference's. That start date was Nov 10th so?? We will most likely be coming over mid to end of Oct.
Guess you guys have a pretty full house then with the little one? When we visit we will just get a room at a hostel I think.
