It was sometime in June 2001 when Nikki met Ben. It was across the road at the "Walkabout" Pub in Newquay, Cornwall. England. They had had a few snakebites and realized that Ben lived across the Rd. too. He was on the 3rd floor of the Hostel and Nikki was on the 2nd. Since then they have travelled around the UK, Europe, and lived in Canada, Australia and NZ.
Now after nearly 11 years together they are two months away from making the ultimate commitment, marriage!

Fall Photos
Well, fall is well and truly here and winter is on the way. Here are a couple of photos Ben took the other day at the Lake. Lake Wanaka
You'll have to let us know what your plans are when you get here. Right now Mike will be on parental leave and I don't have a job, so our travel options might be limited (as far as going east for Christmas), but we could host a Christmas over on the island.
